Welcome to our Moving Checklist – The Day After the Move Summary page. This page provides you with the summary of what to do after the move to try to tie-up all the loose ends.

THE DAY AFTER…

Admin Chores

• Keep all moving receipts as they might be tax deductible.
• Renew your driver's license and vehicle registration.
• Confirm all your policy and subscription changes have taken effect.
• Spend some time familiarising yourself with the new neighbourhood. Look out for where the hospital, police station, doctor and fire station is located near your new home.  

Damage Control

• Check that there are no damages.
• Cross off your inventory list to make sure all boxes have arrived.
• Claim from insurance if the damages are large.
